translation-block\">\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u8a3b\u518a\u5916\u5546\u7368\u8cc7\u4f01\u696d\uff08WFOE\uff09\u4e26\u4e0d\u50c5\u50c5\u662f\u586b\u5beb\u8868\u683c\u3002\u6574\u500b\u6d41\u7a0b\u6d89\u53ca\u8de8\u5883\u6587\u4ef6\u8a8d\u8b49\u8207\u6cd5\u5b9a\u4ee3\u8868\u4eba\u8eab\u5206\u9a57\u8b49\u2014\u2014\u9019\u5169\u500b\u95dc\u9375\u6b65\u9a5f\u901a\u5e38\u6c7a\u5b9a\u8a3b\u518a\u80fd\u5426\u9806\u5229\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u6216\u9762\u81e8\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\u5ef6\u8aa4\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u82e5\u80fd\u4e8b\u5148\u4e86\u89e3\u4e26\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099\uff0c\u53ef\u7bc0\u7701\u6578\u9031\u6642\u9593\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c07\u8aaa\u660e\u6bcf\u4f4d\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u5728\u555f\u52d5\u4e2d\u570b WFOE \u8a3b\u518a\u6d41\u7a0b\u524d\u61c9\u8a72\u4e86\u89e3\u7684\u91cd\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff1a\u8de8\u5883\u6587\u4ef6\u6e96\u5099\u8207\u8a8d\u8b49<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">WFOE \u8a3b\u518a\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6700\u8017\u6642\u3001\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u51fa\u932f\u7684\u968e\u6bb5\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u6587\u4ef6\u6e96\u5099\u3002\u8207\u672c\u5730\u4f01\u696d\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u5916\u570b\u80a1\u6771\u8207\u6cd5\u5b9a\u4ee3\u8868\u4eba\u6240\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u4e0d\u50c5\u9700\u5728\u5176\u672c\u570b\u5b8c\u6210\u8a8d\u8b49\uff0c\u9084\u5fc5\u9808\u7372\u5f97\u4e2d\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u9580\u7684\u8a8d\u53ef<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u6240\u9700\u6587\u4ef6\u985e\u578b<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6bcd\u516c\u53f8\u7ae0\u7a0b\u6216\u71df\u696d\u57f7\u7167<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u80a1\u6771\u8eab\u5206\u8b49\u6216\u8b77\u7167<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8463\u4e8b\u6703\u6c7a\u8b70\u6216\u6388\u6b0a\u59d4\u8a17\u66f8\uff08\u5982\u9069\u7528\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u6587\u4ef6\u8a8d\u8b49\u8def\u5f91<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u6d77\u7259\u8a8d\u8b49\u570b\u5bb6\uff1a<\/strong> \u901a\u5e38\u53ea\u9700\u63d0\u4f9b\u6d77\u7259\u8a8d\u8b49\u6587\u4ef6\u4e26\u9644\u4e0a\u7d93\u8a8d\u8b49\u7684\u4e2d\u6587\u8b6f\u672c\u5373\u53ef\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u975e\u6d77\u7259\u570b\u5bb6\uff1a<\/strong> \u9700\u9032\u884c\u4f7f\u9928\u8a8d\u8b49\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u7d93\u904e\u672c\u570b\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u8207\u4e2d\u570b\u99d0\u5916\u4f7f\u9818\u9928\u7684\u96d9\u91cd\u8a8d\u8b49\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7279\u6b8a\u60c5\u51b5\uff1a<\/strong> \u90e8\u5206\u5730\u5340\u4ecd\u9700\u300c\u96d9\u5c64\u8a8d\u8b49\u300d\uff0c\u82e5\u672a\u4e8b\u5148\u898f\u5283\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u6642 4\u20138 \u9031\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u90e8\u5206\uff1a\u6cd5\u5b9a\u4ee3\u8868\u4eba\u9a57\u8b49\u8207\u5728\u5730\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u7576\u6240\u6709\u8de8\u5883\u6587\u4ef6\u5b8c\u6210\u8a8d\u8b49\u5f8c\uff0cWFOE \u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u95dc\u9375\u6b65\u9a5f\u662f\u6cd5\u5b9a\u4ee3\u8868\u4eba\u8eab\u5206\u9a57\u8b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u69cb\u5c0d\u6cd5\u5b9a\u4ee3\u8868\u4eba\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u6108\u52a0\u56b4\u683c\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u63d0\u4ea4\u8b77\u7167\u526f\u672c\u5916\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u9084\u5fc5\u9808\u900f\u904e\u591a\u500b\u5b98\u65b9\u7ba1\u9053\u5b8c\u6210\u5be6\u540d\u9a57\u8b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u9a57\u8b49\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u9808\u6301\u6709\u5be6\u540d\u767b\u8a18\u7684\u4e2d\u570b\u624b\u6a5f\u865f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u9808\u7d81\u5b9a\u5fae\u4fe1\u4e26\u9023\u7d50\u653f\u5e9c\u670d\u52d9\u61c9\u7528<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u900f\u904e\u5b98\u65b9\u5e73\u53f0\u9032\u884c\u4eba\u81c9\u8b58\u5225\u6216\u8996\u8a0a\u9a57\u8b49<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5728\u90e8\u5206\u57ce\u5e02\u9808\u89aa\u81ea\u524d\u5f80\u5e02\u5834\u76e3\u7ba1\u5c40\u8fa6\u7406<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5c0d\u65bc\u5c45\u4f4f\u6d77\u5916\u7684\u5916\u7c4d\u9ad8\u7ba1\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6b65\u9a5f\u5f80\u5f80\u6210\u70ba\u8a3b\u518a\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u74f6\u9838\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Out2China \u7684\u5354\u52a9\u65b9\u5f0f<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6307\u5c0e\u6cd5\u5b9a\u4ee3\u8868\u4eba\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u7533\u8acb\u4e2d\u570b\u624b\u6a5f\u865f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5354\u52a9\u958b\u901a\u5fae\u4fe1\u5e33\u865f\u4e26\u5b8c\u6210\u653f\u52d9\u7d81\u5b9a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5b89\u6392\u8207\u5730\u65b9\u5e02\u5834\u76e3\u7ba1\u5c40\u9032\u884c\u8996\u8a0a\u9060\u7aef\u9a57\u8b49<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8207\u4e0a\u6d77\u3001\u6df1\u5733\u3001\u5317\u4eac\u7b49\u5730\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u5354\u8abf\uff0c\u76e1\u91cf\u6e1b\u5c11\u89aa\u81ea\u5230\u5834\u9700\u6c42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7d50\u8ad6<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u6587\u4ef6\u8a8d\u8b49\u8207\u6cd5\u5b9a\u4ee3\u8868\u4eba\u9a57\u8b49\u662f\u4e2d\u570b WFOE \u8a3b\u518a\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e2d\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5169\u500b\u6b65\u9a5f\u3002\u5145\u5206\u6e96\u5099\u4e26\u56b4\u683c\u9075\u5faa\u898f\u7bc4\uff0c\u80fd\u52a0\u5feb\u5be9\u6279\u901f\u5ea6\u4e26\u907f\u514d\u5ef6\u8aa4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u5728 Out2China\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5354\u52a9\u5916\u570b\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u9060\u7aef\u5b8c\u6210\u516c\u53f8\u8a3b\u518a\u2014\u2014\u5f9e\u6587\u4ef6\u8a8d\u8b49\u5230\u6cd5\u5b9a\u4ee3\u8868\u4eba\u9a57\u8b49\u2014\u2014\u78ba\u4fdd\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u5408\u898f\u3001\u7121\u7e2b\u5730\u9032\u5165\u4e2d\u570b\u5e02\u5834\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
