Salary\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5b9a\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u770b\u4f3c\u6709\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u7684\u85aa\u8d44\u3002\u4e24\u4f4d\u5408\u683c\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u5165\u56f4\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u90fd\u62d2\u7edd\u4e86\u8fd9\u4efd\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4eba\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u85aa\u8d44\"\u4f4e\u4e8e\u5e02\u573a\u6c34\u5e73\"\u3002\u62db\u8058\u7ecf\u7406\u611f\u5230\u56f0\u60d1\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6570\u5b57\u5728\u7f51\u4e0a\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u662f\u5408\u7406\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u95ee\u9898\u4e0d\u5728\u4e8e\u5019\u9009\u4eba\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u4e8e\u6570\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f53\u60a8\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u62db\u8058\u65f6\uff0c\u85aa\u8d44\u57fa\u51c6\u6bd4\u5bf9\u8fdc\u6bd4\u4f60\u60f3\u8c61\u7684\u8981\u56f0\u96be\u2014\u2014\u800c\u641e\u9519\u4e86\uff0c\u60a8\u8981\u4e48\u5931\u53bb\u5019\u9009\u4eba\uff0c\u8981\u4e48\u8d85\u51fa\u9884\u7b97\u3002\u5728\u60a8\u53d1\u5e03\u4e0b\u4e00\u4e2a\u804c\u4f4d\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4e2d\u56fd\u85aa\u8d44\u6570\u636e\u4f1a\u8bef\u5bfc\u56fd\u9645\u96c7\u4e3b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.1 \u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u7684\u62db\u8058\u4fe1\u606f\u53cd\u6620\u4e0d\u4e86\u73b0\u5b9e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u62db\u8058\u7f51\u7ad9\u6765\u6821\u51c6\u60a8\u7684\u85aa\u8d44\u9884\u671f\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u5df2\u7ecf\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\u85aa\u8d44\u8303\u56f4\u975e\u5e38\u5de8\u5927\u3002BOSS\u76f4\u8058\u3001\u730e\u8058\u548c\u667a\u8054\u62db\u8058\u7b49\u5e73\u53f0\u5bf9\u4e8e\u540c\u4e00\u4e2a\u804c\u4f4d\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u90fd\u4f1a\u663e\u793a\u8bf8\u5982\"\u6bcf\u670815,000\u201340,000\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\"\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u3002\u8fd925,000\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u7684\u5dee\u8ddd\u5e76\u975e\u5076\u7136\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u6b63\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u8fd0\u4f5c\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u96c7\u4e3b\u53d1\u5e03\u5bbd\u6cdb\u7684\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u5219\u4ece\u4e0b\u9650\u5f00\u59cb\u5411\u4e0a\u8c08\u5224\u3002\u5217\u8868\u4e0a\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u51e0\u4e4e\u65e0\u6cd5\u544a\u8bc9\u60a8\u54ea\u4e9b\u5f55\u7528\u901a\u77e5\u5b9e\u9645\u4f1a\u88ab\u63a5\u53d7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56fd\u9645\u85aa\u8d44\u5de5\u5177\u4e5f\u5e2e\u4e0d\u4e0a\u592a\u591a\u5fd9\u3002Glassdoor\u548c\u9886\u82f1\u85aa\u8d44\u786e\u5b9e\u53d1\u5e03\u4e2d\u56fd\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4f46\u6837\u672c\u91cf\u5f88\u5c0f\u2014\u2014\u6bcf\u4e2a\u804c\u4f4d\u7c7b\u522b\u901a\u5e38\u5c11\u4e8e50\u4e2a\u6570\u636e\u70b9\u3002\u8fd9\u8fdc\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u9488\u5bf9\u4efb\u4f55\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u804c\u4f4d\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u6216\u804c\u7ea7\u4e3a\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.2 \u57ce\u5e02\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u5de8\u5927<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u51b3\u5b9a\u5230\u4e2d\u56fd\u62db\u8058\u65f6\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u9519\u8bef\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u628a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5f53\u4f5c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5355\u4e00\u7684\u85aa\u8d44\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u4f46\u4e8b\u5b9e\u5e76\u975e\u5982\u6b64\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u4e2d\u7ea7\u5e02\u573a\u7ecf\u7406\u6bcf\u6708\u6536\u5165\u5927\u7ea6\u4e3a28,000\u201335,000\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u3002\u540c\u6837\u7684\u804c\u4f4d\uff0c\u540c\u6837\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u5728\u6210\u90fd\uff0c\u85aa\u8d44\u5219\u63a5\u8fd118,000\u201324,000\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5b8c\u5168\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u804c\u4f4d\u5934\u8854\uff0c\u5b58\u572830\u201340%\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u3002\u5728\u79d1\u6280\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u6df1\u5733\u548c\u6b66\u6c49\u4e4b\u95f4\u540c\u7b49\u5de5\u7a0b\u804c\u4f4d\u7684\u85aa\u8d44\u5dee\u8ddd\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fbe\u523030\u201350%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u57ce\u5e02\u4e4b\u95f4\u53d6\u5e73\u5747\u503c\u7684\u62db\u8058\u7ecf\u7406\uff0c\u8981\u4e48\u5728\u4e8c\u7ebf\u57ce\u5e02\u652f\u4ed8\u8fc7\u9ad8\uff0c\u8981\u4e48\u5728\u4e00\u7ebf\u57ce\u5e02\u51fa\u4ef7\u8fc7\u4f4e\u800c\u9519\u5931\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u7ed3\u679c\u90fd\u4e0d\u7406\u60f3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.3
